Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is a not-for-profit organisation supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and older people across Wales to live independently and with purpose. We are an innovative organisation that encourages the people we support, its colleagues and members of the community to be in control of one of Wales’ largest support providers. We celebrate everyone’s contribution. We build community. We co-operate.
We provide skilled and respectful colleagues to work in people’s homes and local areas, promoting independence, social inclusion, and safety. While we are not a landlord, we collaborate closely with Registered Social Landlords and other partners. As a multi-stakeholder co-operative, we harness the talents and ideas of all our members to enhance our communities for everyone.
At Cartrefi Cymru, our values are at the heart of everything we do. Our purpose is to empower those we support to lead fulfilling lives, rooted in honesty, trust, kindness, respect, and wellbeing.
